The 7th China International Conference on Macroeconomics commenced on June 14-15 at Wuhan University's Economics and Management School, bringing together over 200 renowned economists and experts to discuss pressing macroeconomic issues and frontier research.

Opening Ceremony Highlights
Professor Lu Wei, Vice President of Wuhan University, welcomed participants and emphasized the conference's role in bridging theory and practice. He noted the unique challenges and opportunities in today's global macroeconomic landscape and highlighted the university's achievements in economics, particularly through its Economics and Management School. Dean Nie Jun presided over the opening session.
